Summer Art Around the World Youth Camp

Creative Clay is happy to announce its fifth annual inclusionary summer arts camp, Art Around the World, serving children ages six through 12 with mixed abilities. Camp will be located at the Imagine School at 1950 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg. We will be studying the countries of Brazil, Russia, the Philippines and Morocco. Camp begins Monday, June 10 and ends on Friday, August 2, 2013. Class size is limited to 12 students and will have a professional art instructor and a teaching assistant for a student-to-teacher ratio of 6:1. Classes meet M-F from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and cost $150 per week. Limited scholarships are available for those students who qualify. Registration is now open for all children! *Children's art will be exhibited at the St. Petersburg Museum of History for one week for each week of camp.

Transition Summer Studio

Summer Studio was created to give young artists of all abilities between the ages of 13 and 22 the opportunity to learn, express, and sell their art over the summer. Led by professional artists, summer studio will serve those youth interested in learning about drawing, painting, fiber arts, mixed media and ceramics in an individually-paced studio environment.Classes will meet M-F from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and cost $100 per week.
