Marquise began working as an artist at Creative Clay in 2008. Marquise’s primary medium is color pencil and he creates fantastical action characters and creates stories to go with each of them. For example he has a character named “Aqua Jetter” who sucks up water and it spurts out of his body from a spigot in his head. (He puts out fires set by his arch rival, “Lavasher”) Marquise works on creating comic books, video game characters, and paintings.
