Maurice Gordon

My name is Maurice Gordon, but they call me Mo. Everybody calls me Mo. I was born in St. Pete in 1986, and I have lived here my whole life. I live with my mom, my sister, Charissa, and my brother, Matthew. I have three other brothers. They live in Clearwater. 

I just got started at Creative Clay last October, so I’m a new guy. I like to draw and paint, and I like to sing! I draw pictures of food. I have a sketchbook and I draw my pictures in that. Right now, I’m working on ice cream sundaes. I just finished with a picture of corn and hamburgers, and a grill, and ribs going on the grill! 

And I also painted fireworks! I use all the colors when I paint … yellow, blue, all the colors. 

In the future, I want to sell some art. I want a commission check.

At home, I have fun. I watch TV. I clean up the kitchen, and I sweep the floor. I like to relax, too. 

I hope I sell a painting soon!
