Board Vice President Anne Q. Pollack

Anne Pollack is a Land Use and Real Estate Attorney at Trenam Law. Anne Pollack is the Vice President of the Creative Clay Board of Directors and joined the board in 2018.

I represent private buyers and sellers, developers and governmental agencies on real estate and land use matters in connection with all stages of the sale, acquisition and development of commercial and residential real estate, from due diligence prior to the transaction, drafting and negotiating purchase contracts and obtaining necessary government approvals during the transaction, through to monitoring of a fully entitled and built-out development. I also consult with developers and businesses on resiliency, adaptation planning and sustainability.
