My name is Katheryn VanDierendonk.

I was born in Port Jefferson, New York. That’s on Long Island. I used to live with my dad. He’s a carpenter, just like Jesus. He’s a good man. And I used to help him a lot with his work. Then, when I was 25, I moved out.

I came to Florida a long time ago. I live in Largo, in a Supported Living Home. My caregiver is like my grandmother. Her daughter-in-law also lives there, and she’s like my godmother. So, it’s Supported Living, but it’s different. It’s like home.

I joined Creative Clay in January 2025. At Creative Clay, I am working on my singing skills and my dancing skills. I am truly a performing artist. I LOVE to perform. I’d like to do (write) a song that creates passion and love. Someday, I would like to do a song in memory of my dad’s mom. She died a long time ago. I really miss her. I would like to do a song to show how much I love her.

For me, I like to read, I like to sing, I love to do everything in the world! But mostly singing. I love to sing at birthday parties, and karaoke on First Fridays is one of my favorite things. I started here with clay. I love to make clay things. And painting. Painting is one of my favorite things in the world. When I’m not at Creative Clay, I like to relax and watch TV. I also like to watch romance videos and scary videos!

I am religious person. I am a Christian. I go to a Baptist church now. I try to be a good person. In the future, I just want to be happy in life.

In my dreams, I dream of being a prosecutor, to win cases against bad people, because I’ve been watching Court TV. I’d like to help people discover missing people and help people get closure for their lost ones and stuff like that. I’m a medium and I do psychic readings to help people with their problems. I like to help people. I like to tell people to stop stressing about their problems, and to stop gambling with war.

I really love Creative Clay! I love all my friends here. I love everybody. And remember: if you ever want me to sing you a song, just ask me! I LOVE to sing!
